This is Version 4.0 of our Advertising Policy, last revised on 30th July 2024.
These NetVibes Advertising Terms (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NetVibes Advertising Services (the “Services”) that NetVibes makes available to you to place ads on the Platform. Please read the Services Policy carefully, as your access to the Platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Services Policy, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and NetVibes.
- The Platform
The Platform serves as a means for you or any advertiser you represent (the “Advertiser”) to promote products and services by acquiring ad space provided by NetVibes (the “Ads”). By accepting these Platform Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you affirm that you possess the legal authority to commit that entity to the Services Policy. As an Advertiser, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your Ads and the Ad Materials comply with all relevant laws and regulations, the NetVibes Ads Services Policy, and our other Policies, available here.
By submitting advertisements to the Platform, you grant NetVibes permission to display your ads, advertising materials, and any associated approved technology on any NetVibes-provided property, including but not limited to the netvibes.social website across various devices. You agree not to use the Platform for distributing malware, spyware, or any other harmful code, nor to breach any NetVibes Policies.
To maintain alignment with the platform’s requirements, NetVibes reserves the right to make formatting adjustments to your advertisements, which may include changes in size or placement. You also recognize and consent to NetVibes using your advertisements and associated content for its own public relations purposes. NetVibes retains the exclusive right to reject or alter certain ads, campaigns, or targeting at any time at its sole discretion.
- Account and Account Access
Anyone over 18, with a NetVibes account, can create ads on NetVibes, but the below-stated rules stand.
- Making/Creating an Ad
When you submit an Ad through the Platform, it will be subject to review. All paid Ads require approval from our team members. Free Ads are posted immediately but will be promptly disabled if they violate any of our Policies. Additionally, we reserve the right to deactivate your Ad posting privileges based on the severity of the policy violation.
- Changes to This Policy
NetVibes reserves the right to modify or update the Policy at its sole discretion. Should there be any changes, we will inform you by revising the ‘last updated’ date.
